Personal Assistants (Support Workers) play a pivotal role at Enable, contributing positively to the daily lives of the individuals we support. No two days are the same for our Personal Assistants, but what we guarantee is that you will support someone who requires assistance to achieve their goals and outcomes—whatever they may be. Each person we support has unique requirements, so your role may involve assisting with personal care, moving and handling, positive behavioural support, and expanding their social networks and connections.

Responsibilities- Assist with personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support as required.
