About The Role

Location: East Kilbride, Hamilton, Larkhall & surrounding areas

Shift Types: Long Days, Overnight Support, Social hours

Pay: £13.45 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals with learning disabilities with personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support.
  • Support persons to expand social networks and connections.
  • Provide personal assistance and help achieve care goals and outcomes.
  • Work as a sessional member of staff—give monthly availability and respond to assigned shifts.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Ability to adapt communication style for successful relationships with those you support.
  • Commitment to work with individuals through their personal support plans to achieve outcomes.
  • Positive, flexible outlook, able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Drivers Required.
  • Successful applicants will need to register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within three months of starting.
