Personal Assistants (Support Workers) have the most important role within Enable, making a positive difference each day in the lives of the people we support. No two days are the same, but the core of the role is to support individuals who require assistance to achieve their goals and outcomes.
Each person we support has different support requirements. As a Support Worker, you may be required to assist with personal care, moving and handling, or provide positive behavioural support, while also expanding their social networks and connections. Enable creates a bespoke team around every individual, and Personal Assistants work collaboratively to ensure safety, wellbeing and aspiring goals are met.
