Enable is a dynamic and vibrant organisation dedicated to improving the lives of people with learning disabilities. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Administrator to join us in ensuring People We Support have the same opportunities as everyone else.
As an Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to service teams, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operational processes. Working closely with the Regional Administration Manager, Service Managers and Team Facilitators, you will support a range of functions that are critical to maintaining high-quality services for the people we support.
You should have experience in:
- Using a variety of computer packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Proficient keyboard skills as well as working knowledge of rota systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and organisational skills
- Proven experience working in administration and a sound understanding of the support requirements involved in providing a professional service in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable and proficient in working under pressure, multitasking to tight deadlines and managing time-lined priorities efficiently
- Attention to detail is a key requirement, as you will have oversight of many key staff operational processes: absence, training and keeping staff records up to date
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR and organisational policies
This role requires someone who can quickly adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain excellent attention to detail across a wide range of operational activities.
