Care Support Worker (Personal Assistant) Location: Elgin, IV30 1TY. Salary : £12.00 per hour. Contract: Part time – 16, 24 or 32 hours per week. Various shift patterns including weekend work and overnight support. Are you interested in working for an award-winning social care charity? Personal Assistants (Support Workers) have the most important role within Enable by making a positive difference every day to the lives of the people we support. No two days are the same for our Personal Assistants but what we can guarantee is that you will be supporting someone with a learning disability to achieve their goals and outcomes – whatever they may be! In Elgin we have 6 individuals who live in their independent bungalows requiring full support. They are unique and amazing each in their own way. It is our responsibility to ensure they have the best possible life they can and are supported to achieve the goals they are working towards.
