We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to support delivery on a live highways project based in Wellington. This is a long-term contract role (circa 6 months) with an established civil engineering contractor, offering consistent work and the potential to extend further.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations on a highways scheme
- Supervising workforce and subcontractors to ensure programme delivery
- Ensuring works are carried out safely and in line with specifications
- Supporting site management with progress reporting and coordination
Requirements:
- Streetworks certification (NRSWA / EUSR) essential
- Strong drainage experience essential
- Proven track record supervising highways or infrastructure projects
- Ability to manage site teams and maintain high health and safety standards
