We are recruiting for multiple Quantity Surveyor positions with established specialist subcontractors delivering groundworks reinforced concrete structures and heavy civils packages across the South West and surrounding regions. All roles are subcontractor side operating in live site based construction environments and supporting long term pipelines of secured work. These opportunities sit within businesses delivering civil engineering RC and structural packages as well as specialist infrastructure works within regulated and technically complex environments.
Role Overview
As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for the commercial management of subcontractor packages from site mobilisation or pre construction through to final account. The roles are hands on and site facing working closely with project managers, engineers and delivery teams to ensure strong cost control and commercial performance. Depending on the role you may be supporting groundworks and civils packages ranging from approximately three million to twenty five million pounds or working on larger reinforced concrete structures and heavy civils packages delivered as specialist subcontractor scopes on complex projects.
