- 2 Senior Quantity Surveyors
- 3 Project Quantity Surveyors

The Role
You will be responsible for managing the commercial performance of projects from tender handover through to final account, ensuring strong financial control and successful project delivery. Duties will include cost management, forecasting, contract administration, subcontractor management, procurement, payment applications, valuation of works and the management of commercial risks and opportunities. Working closely with operational teams, you will help drive commercial performance whilst maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
Requirements
Applicants should have experience within Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a similar commercial role within construction, infrastructure, utilities or civil engineering. A good understanding of NEC contracts is highly desirable, together with strong commercial awareness, reporting skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience within the water sector, utilities, MEICA or infrastructure projects would be advantageous but is not essential.
