This is a key role within the business, supporting both pre-construction and project delivery teams. You will be responsible for developing robust construction programmes, advising on methodology, and helping shape winning tenders. Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing tender documentation in detail and developing practical, efficient delivery strategies
- Producing construction programmes that reflect the most effective sequence and methodology
- Exploring alternative build methods and contributing ideas during tender stage discussions
- Supporting the pre-construction team with bid writing and programme narratives
