Enable Resourcing are recruiting Project Managers on behalf of a highly regarded demolition and enabling works contractor with a growing project portfolio across London. They are looking for driven professionals who can take full ownership of demolition schemes from start to finish.

The successful candidates will oversee site delivery, ensure compliance, and manage both commercial and operational elements of each project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of demolition or enabling projects
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including risk assessments and method statements
• Monitor budgets, variations, and cost control in collaboration with the QS team
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental legislation
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• CCDO Manager card (essential)
• Experience delivering demolition projects as Project Manager or Senior Site Manager
• Strong documentation, commercial awareness, and client management skills
• Proven ability to lead multiple teams and manage programme delivery
• SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid (desirable)
