We are seeking a Project Manager to join a leading demolition contractor delivering projects across Central London. This opportunity is suited to either an ambitious Assistant Project Manager or Site Manager ready to step up, or an experienced Project Manager looking for their next challenge.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for managing demolition projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring delivery is safe, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will plan and programme works, allocate resources, and manage project budgets while overseeing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • You will ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including CDM requirements, RAMS, and safe systems of work.
  • You will liaise with clients and stakeholders, monitor progress and performance, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered to the required quality and programme targets.

Requirements

Candidates should have experience within demolition, or a related sector, along with strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. A solid understanding of health and safety and project delivery is essential. A CCDO Black Card would be advantageous, but is not essential.
