We are currently seeking experienced Non-Working Supervisors to join a growing contractor delivering landscaping and external works across multiple sites in London, Cambridge, and Oxford. These roles are critical in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards, while maintaining full supervision of site activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring all works are carried out in line with specifications, programme requirements, and health and safety regulations.
- Coordinating subcontractors and site teams, monitoring productivity and quality, and ensuring adherence to company procedures.
- Maintaining clear communication with project managers and clients, carrying out site inspections, and ensuring all activities are compliant with industry standards and best practice.
- Maintaining site records, RAMS compliance, and driving a strong safety culture on site.
Requirements
- Must hold an NVQ Level 6 in Construction or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a Non-Working Supervisor or similar supervisory role within landscaping or external works.
- Strong understanding of site management, health and safety compliance, and programme delivery.
- Confident leading teams, managing subcontractors, and working across multiple stakeholders within a live site environment.
