We are actively building a network of experienced Freelance Site Supervisors and General Foremen to support a range of upcoming and ongoing civil engineering projects across London and the surrounding areas. We partner with a number of established Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors delivering works across sectors including:
- Groundworks
- RC Frames
- Piling
- Highways
- Rail
- Utilities
- Infrastructure & public realm
With a strong pipeline of projects developing, we are keen to connect with reliable, hands-on supervisors for future assignments.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience operating as a Site Supervisor or General Foreman within UK civils projects
- Strong understanding of site operations, sequencing, and programme delivery
- Ability to manage labour, plant, and subcontractors on site
- Experience maintaining health & safety standards and site compliance
- Confident liaising with Site Managers, Engineers, and commercial teams
- SSSTS or SMSTS (essential for most roles)
- Valid CSCS and First Aid (desirable)
