Enable Resourcing is growing and we are looking to appoint a Recruitment Resourcer / Delivery Consultant to support high-volume blue and white-collar recruitment across major construction, civils and rail projects.
This is a pure delivery role — ideal for someone who enjoys being on the phone, building candidate pipelines and placing people into work quickly and compliantly.
The Role
- Proactively sourcing candidates across construction, civils and rail disciplines
- High-volume outbound calling and candidate engagement
- Managing candidate pipelines for both temporary and permanent roles
- Qualifying, screening and shortlisting candidates
- Coordinating compliance, onboarding and right-to-work documentation
- Supporting live projects and framework requirements
- Maintaining accurate records within the CRM/ATS system
- Working closely with delivery, operations and compliance teams

- Recruitment experience within construction, civils, rail or engineering
- Strong delivery mindset with high call activity
- Comfortable recruiting blue & white collar professionals
