An established and highly respected contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their delivery team on major projects across Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex reinforced concrete substructure and superstructure schemes, taking responsibility for projects from mobilisation through to completion. The business has live projects ready for the successful candidate to step into immediately and a strong pipeline of secured work moving forward.
The successful candidate will be an accomplished Project Manager with a proven track record delivering RC frame and heavy construction projects for specialist contractors. An engineering background is highly desirable, and applicants should be comfortable managing site teams, subcontractors, programmes, client relationships and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
You will be responsible for driving programme, quality, health & safety and operational delivery while working closely with commercial and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience in:
- Delivery of RC substructure and superstructure projects
- Managing project teams on complex construction schemes
- Programme management and short-term planning
- Client and stakeholder management
