Recruitment Resourcer in Lambeth

Enable Resourcing is growing and we are looking to appoint a Recruitment Resourcer / Delivery Consultant to support high-volume blue and white-collar recruitment across major construction, civils and rail projects.

This is a pure delivery role — ideal for someone who enjoys being on the phone, building candidate pipelines and placing people into work quickly and compliantly.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

Proactively sourcing candidates across construction, civils and rail disciplines

*

High-volume outbound calling and candidate engagement

*

Managing candidate pipelines for both temporary and permanent roles

*

Qualifying, screening and shortlisting candidates

*

Coordinating compliance, onboarding and right-to-work documentation

*

Supporting live projects and framework requirements

*

Maintaining accurate records within the CRM/ATS system

*

Working closely with delivery, operations and compliance teams

What We’re Looking For

Recruitment experience within construction, civils, rail or engineering

*

Strong delivery mindset with high call activity

*

Comfortable recruiting blue & white collar professionals

*

Experience in temp and/or perm recruitment

*

Organised, resilient and target-driven

*

Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
