A well-established specialist contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team based in Harrow.
The company is recognised for delivering complex demolition, cut and carve, structural alteration and enabling works projects across London and the South East.
With a strong order book and a growing pipeline of secured work, this is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to join a business that continues to secure high-profile projects.
The successful candidate will take commercial responsibility for projects from pre-contract through to final account, working closely with operational teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery and strong commercial performance.
Applicants should have a minimum of four years' Quantity Surveying experience and must possess a solid background within demolition, cut and carve, structural alterations or related specialist contracting sectors.
Individuals currently working for, or with experience gained from, leading specialist contractors such as Mc Gee, John F Hunt, Deconstruct, Keltbray or similar organisations will be of particular interest.
The role will involve subcontractor procurement and management, valuations, variations, cost reporting, forecasting, final accounts and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
