Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a commercial team in a positive, collaborative and high‑performing environment
- Provide trusted commercial leadership across live projects and pre‑construction
- Oversee CVRs, forecasts, valuations and monthly reporting, ensuring accuracy and clarity
- Lead claims, variations, final accounts and commercial negotiations
- Support audits, subcontract management and dispute resolution
- Work closely with operational leaders to ensure joined‑up project delivery
- Contribute commercial expertise during tendering to shape strong, competitive bids
- Improve commercial processes, controls and ways of working
- Support recruitment, onboarding and succession planning within the team
About You:
- Proven experience in Senior Commercial Management within infrastructure or a specialist contractor
- Relevant qualification (HND / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience)

- Excellent numerical, analytical and reporting skills
