Enable Resourcing are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a major highways and civil engineering programme covering Luton and M25 Junction 14.
The role will involve managing highways, excavation and civils works, with water sector experience highly desirable.
Requirements:
- SMSTS
- Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS)
- Strong experience managing highways and excavation works
- Water industry experience desirable
- Ability to manage subcontractors, plant and labour on live sites
- Excellent health & safety knowledge
Duties:
- Day-to-day management of site operations
- Coordination of labour, plant and subcontractors
- Ensuring works are delivered safely and to programme
- Managing permits, RAMS and site documentation
- Liaising with clients, engineers and project teams
