Now, they're looking for a Head of Sales to help lead the next chapter.

The Opportunity

This is a build-and-scale leadership role with real ownership. As Head of Sales, you'll shape and execute the commercial strategy, grow retail distribution and build the structure needed to support ambitious expansion, all while protecting the brand DNA that has made the business successful to date. You won't be inheriting a finished machine. You'll be building it.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Retail Expansion
    • Grow presence across independent retailers and larger retail groups
    • Lead targeted regional expansion before supporting wider UK rollout
  • Commercial Infrastructure
    • Build scalable processes, reporting and forecasting
