We're hiring a Client Manager to join a growing international insurance broker delivering specialist equipment insurance programmes to leasing and asset finance clients across the UK, EU and US. This is not a transactional account servicing role. This is a relationship-led, commercially aware position where you'll own client partnerships, drive onboarding, generate insight from data, and spot revenue growth opportunities. You'll operate in a low-volume, high-value client environment where quality of delivery and strength of relationships directly impact commercial success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of UK clients
- Leading new client onboarding and implementation projects
- Producing and presenting reporting and performance insights
- Analysing client data to identify trends, risks and commercial opportunities
- Delivering product training to client stakeholders
- Supporting the wider commercial team to grow existing accounts
- Building deep expertise in equipment insurance and leasing markets
- Working cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver best-in-class service
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in client management, account management, or relationship management
- Background in insurance, leasing, financial services or adjacent sectors is essential
- Strong stakeholder management - confident working with senior client contacts
- Comfortable presenting, training and leading client conversations
- Analytical mindset - confident working with data and Excel
- Commercial awareness - able to spot growth opportunities within accounts
- Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively
