We are seeking an experienced and proactive Private Client Solicitor to join a busy and well-established team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing firm with a strong reputation, handling a high-quality caseload of private client matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of private client matters from instruction through to completion
- Advising clients on wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, powers of attorney, and inheritance tax planning
- Providing clear, practical, and empathetic legal advice to a broad client base
- Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, LPAs, and related legal documentation
- Handling estate administration matters efficiently and in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, beneficiaries, and professional contacts
- Delivering excellent client care throughout every stage of the matter
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client work (PQE level flexible)
- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Strong knowledge of private client law, probate, and estate planning matters
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office
Desirable
- Experience handling high-net-worth client matters
- Familiarity with trust administration and tax planning matters
