What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting Account Executives with the management of a varied commercial portfolio
- Handling renewals, MTAs, and day-to-day client servicing across all core classes
- Preparing market presentations, policy documents, and broking submissions
- Negotiating terms with insurers and securing competitive solutions for clients
- Providing responsive, professional service to ensure strong client relationships
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
- Playing an active part in a collaborative, positive team environment
What you’ll need:
- Experience as a Commercial Account Handler within broking
- Competence across key commercial classes (Property, Liability, Motor, Package, PI, Cyber, etc.)
- Strong technical understanding and confidence dealing with insurer partners
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership
- Enthusiasm for career development and an interest in growing within a modern, ambitious brokerage
