What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting Account Executives with the management of a varied commercial portfolio
  • Handling renewals, MTAs, and day-to-day client servicing across all core classes
  • Preparing market presentations, policy documents, and broking submissions
  • Negotiating terms with insurers and securing competitive solutions for clients
  • Providing responsive, professional service to ensure strong client relationships
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Playing an active part in a collaborative, positive team environment

What you’ll need:

  • Experience as a Commercial Account Handler within broking
  • Competence across key commercial classes (Property, Liability, Motor, Package, PI, Cyber, etc.)
  • Strong technical understanding and confidence dealing with insurer partners
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership
  • Enthusiasm for career development and an interest in growing within a modern, ambitious brokerage
