Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Bristol
Location: Central Bristol (4 days per week in office)

We are working with a fast-growing, independent insurance brokerage that is bringing a modern, client-first approach to a traditionally outdated industry. They are looking for an SDR/junior salesperson to join their team! The team is ambitious, supportive, and focused on long-term growth, both for the organisation and for the people within it. This is an exciting opportunity to join at an early stage and play a key role in the next phase of expansion.
The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and introducing prospective clients to the brokerage. Your primary focus will be outbound activity, booking high-quality meetings for senior members of the sales team. Day to day, this will include:
- Cold calling prospective clients
- Social selling and networking
- Email outreach and follow-ups
- Building relationships and identifying client needs
This is a hands-on, target-driven role where activity, consistency, and confidence are rewarded. You will be a crucial part of the company’s growth strategy and will have clear progression opportunities.
