Are you an experienced wealth management professional looking to take the next step into financial advice? We’re excited to be partnering with a boutique financial planning and investment management firm based in Brighton. They’re seeking a Trainee Financial Planner to join their team on an employed basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-regarded, boutique firm providing tailored financial planning services to High-Net-Worth individuals across the South Coast.

You'll be working alongside a team of seasoned financial planners with an excellent industry reputation and a proven track record of developing successful advisers.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering financial advice on pensions, investments, insurance, and protection.
  • Managing an existing portfolio of clients located on the South Coast.
  • Progressing through a structured development programme with the goal of achieving Competent Adviser Status (CAS).

What you need to apply:

  • A strong understanding of the advice process and experience in a regulated environment.
  • Level 4 qualified (or near completion).
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a financial advice or wealth management firm.
