We’re partnering with a regulated digital asset exchange building serious momentum in the institutional crypto market. This is a platform focused on liquidity, derivatives, and market infrastructure - with strong backing and a clear growth trajectory.

We’re hiring a Sales Director to drive institutional revenue across a global client base. This is a senior, new business-led role focused on building and expanding relationships with:

  • Crypto-native firms
  • Hedge funds & asset managers
  • Financial institutions entering digital assets

You’ll be selling sophisticated trading products - with a strong focus on derivatives and options.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and develop relationships with institutional clients
  • Drive new business and expand existing accounts
  • Sell digital asset products (spot, derivatives, options, infrastructure)
  • Own and manage a high-value sales pipeline
  • Partner with trading, product, and research teams
  • Contribute to go-to-market and growth strategy

What we’re looking for:
