We are delighted to be working with an award-winning Shopify Plus agency who have built an incredible reputation for creating tailored eCommerce experiences for high-growth brands across the UK, US and UAE. Offering a range of services from store builds / redesigns to boosting conversions, they’ve got it all covered!

They are on the hunt for their first outbound Sales Development Representative to join the team where you will work closely with the Founder to bring in new business. This is an exciting role because being the first SDR means natural progression into a closing role and then, in time, supporting the business with building a solid outbound sales function.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify and engage potential clients through various channels.
  • Following up with leads to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Use previous sales data to re-engage lapsed clients and create new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain CRM records, ensuring client information is kept up to date.
  • Track and measure sales activities to evaluate performance and refine strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPI’s.
  • Working closely with the Founder to book qualified meetings with potential new clients.

What you'll need to apply

  • Proven experience in a cold calling sales / business development role.
  • Desirable: experience / interest in an agency (marketing, advertising, eCommerce etc).
