We are seeking an experienced and proactive Residential Property Solicitor to join a busy and well-established team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing firm with a strong local reputation, handling a high-quality caseload of residential property matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters
- Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients
- Liaising with estate agents, lenders, developers, and other solicitors
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and supporting documentation
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
- Delivering excellent client care throughout the transaction process
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing (PQE level flexible)
- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and property law
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office
Desirable
- Experience handling high-volume caseloads
- Familiarity with leasehold and new build transactions
