We are seeking an experienced and proactive Private Client Solicitor to join a busy and well-established team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing firm with a strong reputation, handling a high-quality caseload of private client matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied caseload of private client matters from instruction through to completion
  • Advising clients on wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, powers of attorney, and inheritance tax planning
  • Providing clear, practical, and empathetic legal advice to a broad client base
  • Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, LPAs, and related legal documentation
  • Handling estate administration matters efficiently and in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, beneficiaries, and professional contacts
  • Delivering excellent client care throughout every stage of the matter

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client work (PQE level flexible)
  • Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently
  • Strong knowledge of private client law, probate, and estate planning matters
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office

Desirable

  • Experience handling high-net-worth client matters
  • Familiarity with trust administration and tax planning matters
