We’re hiring an AI Applications Specialist to help build and scale AI systems inside a fast-moving deep-tech company operating at the intersection of autonomy, robotics and industrial technology. The company is deploying AI across every layer of the business, from engineering and operations to finance, research and commercial workflows, and is looking for someone highly technical, systems-minded and obsessed with turning AI into real operational leverage.
This is about building production-grade systems that automate work, accelerate decision-making and allow small teams to operate at exceptional speed.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building and deploying AI agent workflows across the business using tools such as Claude Code, Codex and similar platforms
- Designing multi-agent systems capable of executing complex tasks end-to-end including research, modelling, operations and outreach
- Automating internal workflows across engineering, finance, operations and commercial teams
- Owning and integrating the company’s AI automation stack using tools such as n8n, Clay, OpenClaw and APIs
- Running local and distributed AI infrastructure including agent systems and compute environments
- Rapidly prototyping, testing and deploying internal tools that remove bottlenecks and save significant operational time
- Working directly with leadership to identify high-leverage opportunities for AI deployment across the company
What you’ll need:
- Strong hands-on experience building and deploying real AI systems in production environments
- Experience with tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Clay, n8n, OpenClaw or similar agent frameworks
- Comfort working with APIs, scripting, integrations and systems design
- The ability to move quickly from prototype to deployment with minimal oversight
- A highly technical and experimental mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- You actively use AI tools daily and push them beyond surface-level use cases
