The Opportunity
You’ll join a high-performing operations team, managing claims from first notification through to settlement. The role offers a mix of technical learning, stakeholder interaction, and real ownership from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling claims from first notification through to resolution
- Assessing policy coverage and making settlement decisions
- Communicating clearly with customers and stakeholders throughout
- Gathering and reviewing documentation to support claims decisions
- Working closely with partners, insurers, and external specialists where needed
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance at all times
