Full-time | Remote | UK&I focus
Want to join a global SaaS organisation at the forefront of decarbonisation? This is one you don’t want to scroll past!
We’re partnering with a mission-led global sustainability technology brand that is transforming how manufacturers and construction providers measure and reduce environmental impact at scale. Their platform blends AI, automation and science-backed lifecycle assessment (LCA) to help organisations track, report and dramatically reduce embodied carbon and wider environmental effects.
Already operating in 170+ countries, this business is scaling fast, backed by ongoing investment into renewable energy and carbon-reduction innovation. Internally, they champion autonomy, collaboration, global best practices and a low-hierarchy, high-impact culture where your success and ideas are genuinely visible.
Now, as they continue to expand across UK&I, they’re hiring an SDR to fuel pipeline creation, qualify inbound leads, and drive strategically targeted outbound campaigns across the manufacturing ecosystem. If you’re early in your SaaS sales career, energised by outbound, and motivated by climate impact, this could be your breakthrough role.
What you’ll be doing:
- Following up on strong inbound B2B leads generated by Marketing & partnerships
- Running research-led outbound prospecting via calls, email and social outreach
- Mapping territory, personas and key target accounts across manufacturing
- Qualifying opportunities and passing them to Business Development Managers
- Driving multi-channel engagement through campaigns, events and digital touchpoints
- Tracking, nurturing and delivering pipeline clarity in the CRM using Salesforce
- Consistently working toward and delivering against monthly opportunity creation targets
- Partnering internally with Marketing, Customer Success and global teams to build momentum
What you’ll need:
- 1–2 years outbound sales experience in high-growth SaaS environments
- Confidence on the phone engaging mid-senior and senior personas
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A self-driven, organised, pipeline-owning mindset
- The ability to thrive in evolving workloads and early-stage momentum roles
- Genuine passion for sustainability, decarbonisation and climate innovation
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience using prospecting intelligence platforms like ZoomInfo
- Familiarity with outreach via LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Manufacturing or facilities buying-audience exposure
- Experience collaborating closely with Marketing and Customer Success
What you’ll get in return:
- Join a global category leader shaping sustainability adoption across UK&I
- Visible results and real influence over national commercial momentum
- Competitive salary + uncapped commission potential + strong career runway
- Ongoing training and development to accelerate your growth
- Collaborative, purpose-driven team that cares about progress — not politics
- Work that genuinely helps reduce carbon impact at scale
