We are seeking an experienced and proactive Residential Property Solicitor to join a busy and well-established team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing firm with a strong local reputation, handling a high-quality caseload of residential property matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion
  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters
  • Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients
  • Liaising with estate agents, lenders, developers, and other solicitors
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts and supporting documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
  • Delivering excellent client care throughout the transaction process

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing (PQE level flexible)
  • Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently
  • Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and property law
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Experience handling high-volume caseloads
  • Familiarity with leasehold and new build transactions
