We are excited to partner with a leading, globally recognised family-owned business in the real estate and logistics sector. Specialising in the development, management, and ownership of logistics properties, the company is undergoing exciting growth with ambitious plans for the future.

They are now seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join their team in Bristol. This is a unique opportunity to shape a new role, manage day-to-day office operations, and collaborate closely with senior leaders in a rapidly expanding business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Organise office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency.
  • Act as the main point of contact for office maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including transport and accommodation.
  • Partner with HR to maintain and update office policies as necessary.
  • Work closely with the IT department to manage all office equipment.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with office vendors, service providers, and for the office lease. Ensure invoices are processed and paid on time.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations and assist with other materials for senior leaders.
  • Manage executives\’ schedules, calendars, and appointments.
  • Oversee office services to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with recruiting staff for the office and lead onboarding and training of new employees.
  • Organise company events, conferences, and team-building activities.
  • Contribute to the team’s overall goals and support other internal departments as needed.
