Job Title: Commercial Account Handler
Salary: £35K – £45K + Bonus
Location: Oxford | Hybrid (3 days in office)

An internal promotion has opened the door for an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join a close-knit team where your voice is heard and your career can move in the direction you want – whether that’s progressing to Senior Handler or stepping into an Account Exec role later on.
You’ll get exposure to a broad range of commercial cases, with the option to specialise down the line if you choose.

Your Role
- Work alongside Account Executives on a broad mix of commercial clients
- Handle cases typically between £10K–£100K GWP
- Manage renewals, MTAs and policy documentation
- Liaise confidently with clients, insurers and underwriters
- Support new business and onboarding activity
- Ensure FCA compliance and internal best practice
- Be an active part of a collaborative, well-established team
What They’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial broking/account handling
- Solid knowledge across key commercial lines (property, liability, motor etc.)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator and relationship builder
- Proactive, team-focused approach
- CII qualified or working towards it (ideal, not essential)
- Based in Bristol or commutable distance
