Location: Central Manchester / Hybrid

My client is a large, well‑established independent insurance broker with a strong reputation across the North West market. They combine the scale and capability of a national business with the personality and flexibility of a local broker, and continue to grow steadily year after year. Due to expansion, they’re seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Executive to join their Manchester team. You’ll inherit a well‑maintained £220K book of business, with full support from an experienced account handling team and access to the Acturis system. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected, stable business with genuine flexibility and the freedom to manage your clients your way.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing and developing an existing commercial portfolio
  • Building strong, long‑term relationships with clients and insurers
  • Providing expert advice across a range of commercial lines
  • Handling renewals, adjustments and mid‑term queries
  • Working collaboratively with the broking and claims teams
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and retention
