A leading, specialist insurance and risk advisory business is seeking an experienced Client Advisor to join a well-established and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-performing environment, supporting a diverse portfolio of commercial clients while developing your expertise in a dynamic sector.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role in managing and servicing a varied book of commercial insurance clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service at all times. Working closely with Account Executives and insurers, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining strong client relationships and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support new and existing clients across open market, e-traded, and insurer portal products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurer partners
  • Manage renewals and mid-term adjustments accurately and efficiently
  • Review insurer documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Assist Account Executives with new business and renewal presentations
  • Maintain internal systems, issue invoices, and monitor outstanding payments

About You

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within commercial insurance
  • Motor Trade experience is essential
  • Cert CII (minimum) qualification
  • Experience handling clients with multiple policy portfolios
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with Acturis (preferred)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
