We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Conveyancing Paralegal to join a friendly and busy property team based in Bristol. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in residential property law and wants to develop their career in a supportive environment.

About the Role

You’ll be assisting fee earners and solicitors with a range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion. The role is varied, fast-paced, and offers genuine exposure to the full conveyancing process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting fee earners on residential sale and purchase transactions
  • Preparing contract packs and associated legal documentation
  • Conducting property searches and reviewing title documents
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
  • Managing file progression under supervision
  • Assisting with exchange and completion procedures
  • Handling post-completion work including Land Registry submissions

About You

  • Previous experience in conveyancing or a property law environment (essential)
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with clients and third parties
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in case management systems and general IT tools
  • A law degree, LPC, or equivalent legal qualification is desirable but not essential
