As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving new business growth across corporate, foundation, and public sector clients. You’ll own the sales process from pipeline generation through to closing deals, building relationships, delivering demos, and helping organisations understand how the platform can support their ESG, CSR, and social value goals. This is a highly proactive role suited to someone who enjoys outbound activity, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a scaling business with real purpose behind it.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building relationships with organisations looking to create meaningful social impact
  • Generating and managing a healthy pipeline through outreach, networking, and inbound opportunities
  • Running discovery calls and delivering engaging product demos
  • Understanding client challenges and positioning tailored solutions
  • Writing proposals and business cases that clearly demonstrate value
  • Working closely with marketing and customer success teams to create a smooth customer journey
  • Representing the business at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Helping shape sales processes, messaging, and future growth strategy
