Overview

The Role: Are you commercially minded with a passion for building relationships and driving growth? We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join a dynamic Marketing & BD team. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape client strategies, support business growth, and make a tangible impact within a growing, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry sectors to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with partners, department heads, and team leads to support business development priorities.
  • Develop client plans, identify cross-selling opportunities, and enhance the firm’s market presence through events and networking.
  • Represent the firm at industry events and expand referral networks.
  • Track BD metrics, support business development planning, and leverage CRM systems for targeted campaigns.

About you

  • Experience in marketing or business development within Legal or Professional Services.
  • Highly organised with excellent communication, project management, and IT skills.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems is desirable.
  • Commercially aware, collaborative, and proactive in driving growth initiatives.
