An exciting opportunity has opened for a Sales Executive to join the founding UK commercial team of a truly game-changing sustainability business. This organisation is leading the charge in sustainable hygiene and waste reduction, already trusted by government bodies, national corporate groups, healthcare organisations and hospitality venues across multiple countries. Now launching in the UK, they are building their first commercial team to drive national adoption.
This fast-growing, sustainability-focused business delivers innovative workplace hygiene systems. Their mission is to help organisations dramatically reduce single-use waste without compromising safety, cleanliness or convenience. With thousands of installations globally, the company is now at a pivotal growth stage in the UK, offering early team members real ownership, visibility and long-term progression.
This role sits at the very start of the UK sales engine, combining inbound lead management, outbound prospecting, discovery conversations and service plan conversion. You will play a critical role in shaping early momentum and pipeline, working closely with senior sales leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Following up on inbound B2B leads generated via marketing and partnerships
- Running targeted outbound outreach through calls and email
- Qualifying prospects and opening new commercial conversations
- Booking meetings and supporting deal progression for senior sales leaders
- Delivering a compelling value proposition around sustainability, hygiene and compliance
- Owning and delivering against monthly sales targets
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility
- Creating momentum through referrals, retention and exceptional customer experience
This is a role with real autonomy and impact and your activity will directly influence the success of the UK launch.
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience (outbound, telesales or similar highly beneficial)
- Confident, professional communicator — especially on the phone
- Self-motivated, organised and target-driven
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
- Genuine interest in sustainability and learning a disruptive B2B solution
Nice to Have
- B2B sales experience selling into offices, facilities or hospitality
