We're partnering with a leading employee benefits consultancy that is continuing to invest in the growth of its Bristol team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Employee Benefits, Private Medical Insurance (PMI), Group Risk, Healthcare or Health & Protection who is looking to develop their career within a highly regarded and supportive environment.
Whether you're already operating as a Consultant or looking to take the next step from an Analyst, Administrator or Healthcare-focused role, this position offers genuine scope for progression and professional development.
The Opportunity
- Joining a collaborative and growing team, you'll support a diverse portfolio of SME and mid-market clients across healthcare, group risk and wellbeing programmes.
- You'll play a key role in managing client relationships, supporting onboarding activity, delivering benefit reviews and renewals, liaising with insurers and helping clients navigate an increasingly important area of employee wellbeing.
- Working alongside experienced consultants and industry specialists, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of products and services while developing your technical, commercial and consulting skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders.
- Supporting the onboarding and implementation of new client arrangements.
- Managing and coordinating renewals, market reviews and insurer negotiations.
- Providing technical support across healthcare, group risk and wellbeing benefits.
- Preparing reports, presentations and client recommendations.
- Supporting clients with ongoing benefit strategy and scheme reviews.
- Working collaboratively across the wider business to deliver exceptional client service.
- Mentoring and supporting junior colleagues where appropriate.
About You

You'll ideally possess:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A consultative and client-focused approach.
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Experience working with insurers and benefit providers.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset and desire to continue developing professionally.
- Professional qualifications such as Cert CII, IF7 or equivalent are advantageous but not essential.
