Enable Leisure & Culture is seeking an experienced Events & Customer Experience Duty Manager to lead front-of-house operations across our venues, ensuring a consistently high standard of service during events and daily activities.

You will manage customer service across touchpoints, resolve issues, coordinate event delivery, supervise teams and drive improvements while upholding health and safety standards.
