Reports to Data & Systems Manager

Based Battersea

Contract: 12 months FTC, Full Time

Work Arrangement: 40 hours per week, on‑site based with flexibility

Role Overview

Central Services ensures the company operates smoothly and assists in working towards Enable’s strategic direction. Supporting the various services that make up Enable, Central Services consists of small and high‑output teams including Human Resources, Marcomms, Operations and Finance. Together, these teams make up the foundation of our business, driving our mission and fostering growth and development.

Enable is a growing organisation that has prioritised data as an essential area of business. The recent introduction of HubSpot is central to this data‑driven strategy. We are looking for a motivated individual with Super Admin experience on HubSpot who can hit the ground running, and help facilitate the roll‑out of this new system. We are not accepting applications from candidates who do not have HubSpot experience.

Reporting to the Data & Systems Manager, the CRM & Data Specialist will be responsible for day‑to‑day administrative activities on the new HubSpot CRM system. They will work closely with the Marketing and Growth Teams. This person will have proven experience importing and managing data in HubSpot. They will be required to work independently with large volumes of data, and to quickly familiarise themselves with secondary databases to ensure CRM accuracy.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Data & Systems Manager to ensure systems are functioning
  • Designing and managing new import processes, and resolving duplicates and errors – ultimately taking responsibility for the consistency of data within HubSpot
  • Quickly learning the features of secondary systems, and how this data is mapped to our HubSpot CRM
  • Managing Zapier integrations, and resolving errors
  • Monitoring data entry and collaborating with team members to rectify input errors at the source
  • Exporting data from secondary databases
  • Cleaning exported data in Excel and formatting accordingly
  • Developing close working relationships with staff across our services who manage secondary databases
  • Creating occasional reports in Excel and/or HubSpot to report on data cleanliness issues
  • Learning new CRM features and identifying areas of improvement across our CRM – HubSpot is an ever‑developing tool and it requires constant work to keep our instance of it aligned with its vast applications
  • Any other duties the Head of Growth and Branding requires for the business

Skills and Experience

  • Super‑user experience on HubSpot or a similar CRM (administrator level)
  • Two years of experience carrying out administrative tasks on HubSpot
  • Advanced Excel data cleaning experience
  • An understanding of HubSpot data structures, the data model, objects, associations and property types
  • Ability to quickly familiarise themselves with various secondary databases and online systems
  • Eagerness to work with colleagues to improve existing processes and roll‑out new ones
  • Experience across Microsoft Office suite of tools other than Excel, including PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively
  • Technical certificate, or degree in Computer Science or Business Information Systems
