We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Compliance Manager to join our team at Enable!

Reports to: Operations Lead
Based: Staff Yard, Battersea Park
Contract: Full Time, Fixed Term until August 2027
Work Arrangement: 40 hours per week, On-site
Role Overview: In this dynamic position, you'll coordinate both reactive works and planned preventative maintenance, ensuring requests are triaged effectively, urgent issues are resolved swiftly, and service disruptions are clearly communicated to all stakeholders. This is an ideal role for anyone looking to step up into a Facilities Management role. There will be occasional travel across our sites.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead compliance of a variety of sites including but not limited to leisure sites, community halls, offices, and crematoria.
- Schedule all reactive and planned maintenance and inspections across Enable facilities.
- Manage repairs and maintenance budget.
- Ensure all compliance certificates are uploaded to internal database including Concerto and Sharepoint.
- Build strong relationships across all Enable services, Partners and Contractors.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers.
- Work closely with Site Managers to drive and refine H&S, sustainability and process improvements.
- Manage our CAFM system Infraspeak, analyse data to identify trends, and produce reports that drive better decision-making.
- Seek quotes for goods and services in line with Enable's procurement code.
- Oversee contractor compliance including RAMS, insurance and method statements.
- Assist with other duties/projects as directed by Operations Lead.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a facilities coordinator, supervisor, or assistant management role.
- Strong understanding of both hard and soft FM services.
- Strong ability to communicate with employees, contractors and partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve operational issues and emergencies.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-evolving business and environment.
- Previous people management/line management experience of a small team.
- IOSH Managing Safely qualification required.
- Understanding of statutory compliance requirements.
- Working towards Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in Facilities Management.
- Previous experience with Infraspeak desirable.
