Private Client Associate / Senior Associate | Dorking Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor looking for your next career move?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Associate or Senior Associate to join a respected Private Client team based in Dorking.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-quality matters, advise a broad range of clients, and play an integral role in the continued success of the department.

The Role You'll manage a varied and high-quality caseload, advising clients across all aspects of Private Client law while helping to maintain the firm's excellent reputation for client service.

Your responsibilities will include: Advising on Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning.

Probate and Estate Administration.

Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.

Inheritance Tax and succession planning.

Advising high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners.

Trust creation and administration.

Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where appropriate.

Taking an active role in networking and business development.

About You The successful candidate will have: Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in Private Client.

Strong technical knowledge across all areas of Private Client law.

Experience managing a varied caseload independently.

Excellent communication and client care skills.

A proactive and commercial approach to developing client relationships.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

STEP qualification is desirable but not essential.
