An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Senior Associate to join a highly regarded Legal 500 recognised law firm in London. The firm has an established reputation for providing high-quality advice to private clients and their families, acting on complex and high-value matters. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior Private Client lawyer to join a well-established team and take a key role in the continued growth of the practice.

You will advise a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners across a broad range of private client matters, including:

  • Estate and succession planning
  • Wills and trusts
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Inheritance Tax planning
  • Trust creation and administration
  • Tax planning and mitigation
  • Lifetime gifts and succession structures
  • Court of Protection matters
  • Advising HNW and UHNW clients and their families
  • Complex and high-value estates

The role will also provide opportunities to develop and maintain strong client relationships, contribute to business development and support junior members of the team.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a qualified solicitor with strong Private Client experience
  • Be operating at Senior Associate level or equivalent
  • Have experience advising HNW/UHNW individuals and families
  • Have strong technical knowledge across wills, trusts, probate and estate planning
  • Be commercially minded with excellent client management skills
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Be confident handling complex matters with a high degree of autonomy
  • Have an interest in business development and developing client relationships
  • Be ambitious and keen to progress within a leading London practice
