Key Eligibility Criteria

  • 2–4years post‑qualification experience in non‑contentious private client law
  • Experience managing a broad private client caseload
  • Knowledge of wills, estate administration, trusts, tax planning and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Strong client‑care, relationship‑management and commercial awareness
  • 2:1 degree and ideally LPC commendation

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

  • Manage own non‑contentious private client caseload under partner supervision
  • Advise on wills, trusts, estate administration, tax planning, cross‑border matters, mental capacity and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Maintain accurate time‑recording, billing and financial management
  • Support business‑development activities, networking and article writing

Working Arrangements

  • Hours: 9:30am – 5:30pm
  • Hybrid working – up to 40% of time from home each month
