The successful candidate will join a supportive and growing Private Client team, managing a varied caseload while providing a high level of client care. /p p br /p p This role would suit an experienced Private Client professional looking for a new challenge within a friendly and progressive firm, with excellent opportunities for career development. /p p br /p p The Role /p p You will be responsible for managing a varied Private Client caseload, including: /p ul li Wills and estate planning /li li Probate and estate administration /li li Trusts and trust administration /li li Lasting Powers of Attorney /li li Court of Protection matters /li li Inheritance Tax planning and related matters /li li Advising clients on a range of private client issues /li li Managing matters from initial instruction through to completion /li li Building and maintaining strong client relationships /li li Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm /li /ul p br /p p About You /p p The ideal candidate will: /p ul li Have experience working within a Private Client department /li li Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Fee Earner /li li Have strong technical knowledge across core Private Client matters /li li Be confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision /li li Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills /li li Have strong attention to detail and organisational skills /li li Be commercially aware and committed to delivering a high-quality service /li li Be ambitious and keen to develop their career within Private Client /li /ul p br /p
