You will be responsible for managing a varied Private Client caseload, including: Lasting Powers of Attorney Inheritance Tax planning and related matters Advising clients on a range of private client issues Building and maintaining strong client relationships Have experience working within a Private Client department Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Fee Earner Have strong technical knowledge across core Private Client matters Be confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision Be commercially aware and committed to delivering a high-quality service Be ambitious and keen to develop their career within Private Client
